Aston Villa forward Alisha Lehmann is no stranger to going viral on social media. In fact, it happens just about every time she shares a new photo or video with her fans.
That being said, the latest photo of Lehmann might be her most popular one yet.
On Thursday night, Lehmann shared a photo of her wearing her official kit for the Switzerland national team. In less than 24 hours, her post received over 1.7 million views and 73,000 likes.
Lehmann's post didn't even include a caption, albeit one wasn't necessary.
This won't be the last time that soccer fans go wild over a photo of Lehmann. The 25-year-old is so popular that it's bound to happen again.
As of this moment, Lehmann has over 16.6 million followers. Just to put that into perspective, she has more followers than USWNT legend Alex Morgan.
Last year, Lehmann made headlines for revealing that someone offered her $100,000 to spend the night with them.
“I was in Miami, my favorite place, and I met some friends at a club,” Lehmann said. “I got a message on my mobile, which I didn’t reply to, but the same person then messaged the bodyguard looking after me. The texts came from a very well known person. We had previously bumped into one another at an event. The message said, ‘I will pay Alisha 100,000 Swiss francs to spend a night with her.'”
Lehmann obviously turned that offer down. Unfortunately, she still gets hit with inappropriate messages from fans from time to time.
