WILFRIED ZAHA KICKS OFF THREE-WAY PREMIER LEAGUE TUSSLE AS CUT-PRICE TRANSFER EMERGES

Wilfried Zaha is set to become the subject of a three-way Premier League tug-of-war with Galatasaray open to selling the winger for a cut-price deal.

The Turkish outfit landed the former Crystal Palace star last summer. The Ivory Coast international made 30 Super Lig appearances in a title-clinching campaign, bagging nine goals and three assists in the process while also performing in the Champions League.

But despite the impressive form, the club can no longer afford Zaha's £300,000-a-week wages, and as such are happy to part ways with the attacker if it means getting him off their books.

Figures at the club have told Zaha's former club and other English sides that the player is officially on the market - and for a 'nominal fee' no less.

And according to reports, Palace are interested at a potential reunion with Zaha, while West Ham and Wolves are also interested in procuring his services.

While Galatasaray are said to be willing to part ways with the player, Zaha will have to be willing to accept a significant drop in salary if he does want to secure a transfer back to the English top flight. If not, an alternative option could be Galatasaray paying him off, which would allow him to depart for free.

How interested Zaha's former club is in a reunion is uncertain, especially with new manager Oliver Glasner at the helm and a desire to begin a new era at the club.

Even so, Bayern Munich-bound Michael Olise is on his way out of Selhurst Park and England winger Eberechi Eze, who is currently at the Euros, is interesting Manchester United and Arsenal.

Zaha would potentially boost morale among the supporters if he returned to south London and has shown himself to be a top performer in the Premier League previously. The player has rebuilt his career after moving to Manchester at a young age, with his development stalling.
